The University of California has committed to changing their purchasing protocols to promote the sourcing of local regenerative beef, lamb, and pork for UC and UC Medical System Campuses.

NEW Purchasing program guidelines for local regenerative meat products will be coming soon. Check back here, or contact Marilyn Biscotti at UCOP (Marilyn.Biscotti@ucop.edu) to inquire if you are interested in supplying meat for this program.
